Suggested Use

Adults: Using the enclosed measuring scoop (5 g capacity), take approximately 1/5 scoop (approx. 1 g) and mix into a glass of water.

• Take 1/5 scoop (approx. 1 g) at least 30 minutes before a meal.
• Take a second 1/5 scoop (approx. 1 g) shortly after the same meal.

Recommended daily intake: 2 g.
