Compare the magnesium sources, ingredients, capsule quantities and amount of elemental magnesium provided by the recommended daily serving.

Elemental magnesium is the amount of magnesium supplied, rather than the total weight of the magnesium compound.

Formulations and serving sizes vary between products. Please read the individual product information and label for the ingredients, magnesium content, recommended daily intake and relevant warnings.

The muscle-function claim above relates specifically to magnesium.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
