Current recalls / withdrawals

If a product is unsafe, we act quickly to remove it from sale (withdrawal) and, where appropriate, issue a consumer recall. We will always list the exact batch/lot number(s) affected on this page.

No active recalls at this time

If you suspect an issue, contact our Recall Support Team below with your batch/lot code.

How to check if your product is affected

1) Find the batch / lot code

Check the label or carton for “Batch”, “Lot”, or “L”.

Tip: often printed near the best-before date.

2) Match it against this page

Only batches listed on this page are affected.

Not listed = not affected.

3) Check official alerts

The FSA publishes UK food recalls & allergy alerts: FSA recalls & alerts.

You can also sign up for alerts on the FSA site.

What to do if affected

Stop using the product

Do not consume further. Keep the packaging to confirm batch/lot details.

Follow recall instructions

We’ll explain return steps and how refunds/replacements will be handled.

Health concerns?

If you feel unwell, seek medical advice. In the UK, call NHS 111 (999 in emergency).

FAQ

What’s the difference between a withdrawal and a recall?

A withdrawal removes a product from sale/supply chains. A recall asks customers to return or dispose of a product they may already have.

How will I know if a product I bought is affected?

Check the batch/lot number on your label and compare it to the notices on this page. If you’re unsure, email us a photo of the label and batch/lot code.

What happens with refunds or replacements during a recall?

We’ll provide clear instructions. Depending on the notice, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, and we aim to make returns simple (e.g., freepost return where appropriate).
