Heading towards my late 60s but cannot remember the last time I saw a doctor. Preferring to use supplements as prevention.
Bilberry is good for eye health and D3 with K2 helps absorb calcium form food directly to the bones. Hopefully keeping my bones strong. (It also helps to drink full fat milk).
