I’ve been using cranberry tablets for a long time they help to keep my cystitis at bay,
they are a good price and have no fillers and free delivery
Early days to tell any differences but good value for money.

The first time I bought selenium, I was delighted; everything seemed fresh. But the second time, I'm a bit disappointed because I think I received an old product. I take half a dose daily because I have heart failure and can't exceed 100mg. I always open them and divide the powder in half, taking the other half the next day. I noticed that the powder doesn't look right, or is damp, or simply old and doesn't divide like before. But there's also less of it. So, my advice is to check everything before packing, because I like this store and don't want to change it.

From what you’ve described, this is very unlikely to be an “old” product, but there are a couple of factors that can explain what you’re seeing:
Selenium capsules often contain a fine powder that can naturally react to air and moisture once opened. When capsules are split and stored for the next day, even small exposure to humidity can cause the powder to clump slightly or feel different in texture. This can make it appear damp or harder to divide evenly compared to a freshly opened capsule.
Another point is that powders inside capsules are not always perfectly compacted — some variation in how they settle can make it look like there is less content, even though the correct dosage is filled during manufacturing.
That said, your experience is important to us. We take quality control seriously, and we will absolutely review this batch to ensure everything meets our standards.
