You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened and unused products.
Products must be in their original condition with seals, labels, and packaging intact.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not normally returnable.
In specific situations, where a product has only been partially opened and the customer is genuinely dissatisfied (e.g., after trying a small number of capsules), we may review the case individually and provide a solution.
If you receive the wrong item, we’ll send the correct one promptly.
In most cases, you can keep the incorrect product.
If a return is needed, we cover all costs and issue a prepaid return label.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days.
We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping if required.

We offer two simple ways to request a return:
Option 1 – Self-Service via Our Website
Go to britishvitamins.uk
Log in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
If you don’t yet have an account, click “Create Account” with that email, and your past orders will appear automatically.
In your account dashboard, go to Orders.
Select the order and click “Request Return.”
Choose the item(s), reason, and confirm.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Return Authorization (RA) number and clear return instructions.
If a prepaid return label applies, it will be sent to you directly.
Option 2 – Direct Support
If you prefer personal assistance, our Customer Service Manager Sandra or her team will guide you through the return process, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number, and arrange a prepaid return label if needed.

Once the return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
You can:
Return your item for a refund and place a new order, or
Request a replacement order (with a prepaid return label if applicable).
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, defective item), we cover all costs.
If you change your mind, customers are responsible for return postage.
